The Go Green 2448 is an On-Board, On-Demand, Hydrogen Enrichment System that will increase MPG and decrease emissions.

The JetstarTM is an aftermarket retrofit that provides combustion enhancement by mixing hydrogen and oxygen with the vehicle’s intake air.
You then get a more complete burn of the fuel in the internal combustion engine, and this mixture is especially effective with diesel engines. This also results in a decrease in emissions, along with an increase in torque, horsepower and gas mileage.
PATENT PENDING : The JetstarTM gasifies our hydrogen compatible JetfuelTM by separating the hydrogen and oxygen molecules creating hydrogen and oxygen gases. Hydrogen Hybrid Technologies Inc. has begun installations of Hydrogen Fuel Injection (HFI) products on transport trucks in Korea in partnership with a local emissions control vendor, Winner Ltd. HFI uses on-board electrolysis to split water and vent the resulting hydrogen and oxygen directly into the air intake of the engine.
HFI technology is installed as an add-on to diesel and gasoline engines where it significantly reduces a wide variety of emissions (CO, PM, HC, CO2 and NOx) while simultaneously reducing fuel consumption. HFI units are being used by more than 150 fleets of long-haul transport trucks, ambulances, municipal buses and other heavy equipment.
The government of Korea has recently enacted legislation that has required a sharp improvement in the exhaust emissions from transport trucks operating in the capital of Seoul and surrounding communities. Trucking companies that retrofit their vehicles with technology selected from a list of government approved products will be able to continue to operate in the new low-emission areas, which cover about 70% of the country.
The first HFI installations will be subjected to extensive trials to provide the data that Winner will utilize to have Hydrogen Fuel Injection added to the list of qualified technologies. The goal is to have that process concluded, before the end of 2007.

H2 N-Gen is a Hydrogen Generating Module for an Internal Combustion Engine that can be attached to any type of engine, to enhance the combustion process, independent of the fuel used (gasoline, diesel or propane / natural gas). The Module produces a mixture of Hydrogen and Oxygen gasses, on demand, through a controlled electrolysis process.
These gases are delivered to the engine’s air intake manifold, where they are mixed with the air (or air-fuel vapors), then entering the engine’s cylinders and participating in the combustion process. The purpose of the process is to improve overall engine combustion efficiency by producing a more complete and faster burn of the air-fuel mixture. The results are seen in decreased emissions, along with an increase in horsepower and torque, and a substantial fuel consumption improvement.

A: The H2 N-Gen” draws a consistent 13 amps from the vehicle’s alternator. This equates to approximately one half of the energy used to run a headlight. This draw is low compared to the 160amp standard alternator charging capacity typical of HGVs.
– Q: How often is distilled water added?
A: Distilled water must be added upon refueling of a vehicle. Future generations of the H2 N-Gen” will have a water reclamation process that will negate this maintenance issue.
– Q: Does this product make any modification to an engine?
A: The only modification to an engine is a small insertion in the intake manifold before the turbo so that the hydrogen and oxygen gases can be introduced into the vehicle air mixture.
– Q: Isn’t hydrogen an explosive gas? How can it be safe?
A: The H2 N-Gen” injects less than one percent by volume of hydrogen into a vehicle, which by the properties of hydrogen, do not make it possible to detonate. Furthermore, the unit never stores hydrogen nor put it under pressure at any time, which are the two main concerns with using hydrogen.
– Q: Will this technology help to reduce the ‘Greenhouse Effect’?
A: Yes. The H2 N-Gen” will significantly reduce a vehicle’s CO, CO2, HC and NOx emission levels, which are all harmful Greenhouse Gases (GHGs).
– Q: Will this reduction in greenhouse gases qualify for ‘green credits’?
A: Yes. Credits are issued based on volume of GHG reduction and the H2 N-Gen” reduces HGV emissions by 50% or more in some cases. HGV trucks and particularly the long-haul trucks incur heavy mileage resulting in very high levels of GHG output. Therefore, we expect to generate a significant number of green credits.
– Q: The product literature states that an engine will clean up over time and engine oil will stay cleaner, longer. How is this so?
A: Adding hydrogen to the fuel/air mixture for combustion improves combustion efficiency, as already mentioned. By burning all of the fuel, the vehicle eliminates unburned hydrocarbon build-up otherwise known as carbon deposits. Carbon deposits dirty an engine and impede its performance. So, new vehicles will remain clean, perform better, and change oil less frequently. Old vehicles will clean-up over time and simulate like-new cleanliness, performance, and oil degradation.
– Q: Will the H2 N-Gen” repair an old worn out engine?
A: No. The H2 N-Gen” will enhance a good running engine but will not fix a poorly maintained one (i.e. poor batteries, alternator, injectors, etc ).
– Q: Could the H2 N-Gen” cause an engine to overheat?
A: No. The increase in efficiency of the thermodynamic cycle actually results in lower engine temperature. More work is produced and less heat.
– Q: Does the system freeze in winter?
A: No. We have tested the system to -45C with no problems. All components are rated to operate extremely low temperatures. Even the water does not freeze because it is mixed with electrolyte that does not freeze at the tested temperature range.
– Q: How often is electrolyte added?
A: There is no requirement for adding electrolyte. The electrolyte is pre-diluted with distilled water and only the water is consumed for the production of hydrogen.
– Q: What other markets will use the H2 N-Gen”?
A: The H2 N-Gen” can be applied to any four-stroke internal combustion engine. IHS has made contact with several organizations outside the HGV market to work on future generations of the H2 N-Gen” designed for other applications. The applications include locomotive, Gen-set, automotive-consumer, marine, and mining.
– Q: Isn’t Ballard Power Systems already using hydrogen? Is the H2 N-Gen” similar?
A: No. Ballard is researching the viability of producing ‘Hydrogen Fuel Cells’. Fuel cells are intended to utilize hydrogen as an alternative main fuel. In their case, the vehicle will have fuel cells that produce electricity out of hydrogen. This power will then be used in electric motors resulting in the need to buy a completely new vehicle. On the other hand, IHS is using electricity to generate hydrogen that enhances the existing fossil fuel being used. We do not forecast fuel cell technology to be commercially available in a cost-effective manner for another twenty years.
A Hydrogen-based Alternative

I am currently involved in a dispute with the same company, Roy Union aka American Group of Companies, involving a considerable sum of money – over $9,000.00. Apparently, I am not the only consumer who has been treated in the same manner, i.e. Roy Union receives payment, then refuses to ship the items purchased without payment of additional money. When additional payments are not made, the company refuses a refund and refuses to ship the items purchased, referencing their required “Non-Comp Non-Disclosure Agreement” which is required before obtaining any of the company’s proprietary products. After signature is obtained on this non-competition agreement, the company then refers to it as a “license agreement” and begins the process of threatening legal action and submission of invoices for items and/or services not ordered.
In my case, the items I purchased from an ad on Ebay were not proprietary in any way, shape or form, and the company (which apparently consists of one person named Reginald Burgess of Los Angeles, California) sent additional invoices for thousands of dollars after I had already paid in full for the items I purchased.
As you are a proponent of the free exchange of information, I would appreciate any help you may be able to provide regarding pursuit of justice regarding the activities of Roy Union aka American Group of Companies.
Have you had any other instances reported to you regarding their products or business practices? The same system on the v8 car (CELLA car). The generator has been running as the main supply of electric to a house for over ten years to my knowledge. Well there are no power lines were this unit is. I myself drive an old f100 Canadian engine. It’s a 360 cubic inch six cylinder. I have run it on the fuel system for over four years, so far with know ill effect except on my fuel bill round town I get about 140 mile per gallon. On a good run a lot more. But there are lots of them privately built in Australia; they are quite common. Last year (in the February 2002 Spirit of Ma’at) we brought you a set of plans for converting an ordinary car to run on water. These plans were sent to us anonymously, but we had them checked out by scientists and they seemed to be using a similar technology to one we knew was working. We reported about further developments in this area last December in an article titled Water Karma.
Believing that the “believability gap” is a potent force preventing the realization of using water as fuel, we have continued to research other technological solutions. Two of these – both based upon inventions by the same company – are reported below.
In a suburb of Toronto, Canada, a small company called Rothman Technologies, Inc., has in fact discovered not one but two viable methods for breaking down ordinary water into hydrogen and oxygen. Neither method involves the need to spend a billion dollars. They are simple answers. The existing engines in our automobiles could work with these systems with very little alteration and no need for an external support infrastructure like the one now provided by gas stations, and which would be required by fuel-cell technology.

Rothman Technologies, Inc., also has another method of converting water to fuel. It’s called electrolysis. This method breaks water down into Brown’s gas, which also is a perfect fuel for gasoline engines, and, with one exceptional change, it is similar to the method we featured in this webzine last year (see The Water Car, and Convert Your Car to Run on Water, plus my December 2002 update to both of these articles, Water Karma).
The environment is experiencing tremendous problems at the moment, and one of the most serious of these is that we are losing our oxygen. The oxygen content of the air is becoming so low that it threatens our very existence in some areas. The normal oxygen content of our air is 21 percent. But in some places it is only a fraction of that! In Tokyo, Japan, for example, the oxygen content of the air has dipped to 6 or 7 percent. If it reaches 5 percent, people will begin to die. Tokyo has even put oxygen disbursement centers on its street corners, so that people can get emergency oxygen if they need it.
This invention, on which Rothman Technologies, Inc., has a Patent Pending, is possibly the most important discovery that’s ever been made in electrolysis technology. Increasing the output of electrolysis by ten times finally gives sufficient breakdown of the water to Brown’s gas to actually run a normal car engine, and would seem to make electrolysis systems the method of choice for the future.

Abstract: An energy generating apparatus using the cyclic combustion of Brown gas is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a heat generating unit, an outer wall, a Brown gas generator, an open-shut valve and a burner.
The heat generating unit is positioned on a base. The outer wall surrounds the heat generating unit so as to define a combustion chamber, is provided with a discharge hole at its upper portion, and radiates infrared rays.

a heat generating unit positioned on a base, wherein said heatgenerating unit is masoned by stacking blocks adjacently perpendicular lengthwise, with each of the blocks being made by calcining a block of high temperature ceramic whose chief ingredient is Al.sub.2 O.sub.3, in which each of the blocks is provided with a groove formed in a middle portion of a bottom of the block so as to improve the block’s capacity to receive and store heat, two pairs of through holes formed through both sides of the groove so as to transmit the stored heat upwards, and a pair of depressions formed by depressing a top of the block between the two pairs of opposing through holes; an outer wall surrounding the heat generating unit so as to define a combustion chamber, heated by the heat generating unit and radiating infrared rays and far infrared rays which have a combined wavelength comprising a range that is absorbed by water; a Brown gas generator generating Brown gas; and a burner heating the heat generating unit by burning Brown gas supplied from the Brown gas generator.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates, in general, to energy generating apparatuses using the cyclic combustion of Brown gas and, more particularly, to an energy generating apparatus using the cyclic combustion of Brown gas, which generates a great quantity of energy by allowing Brown gas to repeat a cycle wherein the Brown gas supplied to a sealed combustion chamber is evaporated and transformed into water molecules after combustion, the water molecules absorb infrared rays and far infrared rays radiated from a heat generating unit and infrared radiating material and are ionized into hydrogen and oxygen while being heated to a high temperature due to a self-heat generating phenomenon, and, thereafter, the ionized hydrogen and oxygen is burnt.
2. Description of the Prior Art
Generally, in order to generate energy by burning fossil fuel, a great quantity of air must be supplied to a combustion chamber and a great quantity of exhaust gas is discharged to the atmosphere. The amount of lost energy contained in the exhaust gas is about 60% or more of the total generated energy.
In researches into the field of electrolysis, no great progress has been made since Michael Faraday established the theory of electrolysis in 1833.
That is, the method of electrolysis was established and well known, but the method of electrolysis has not been applied to boilers, heaters, heating furnaces, etc. for commercial use.
The fact that the method of electrolysis has not been utilized in commercial applications results from theoretical and technological deficiency. The theoretical deficiency is that the implosion and thermal reaction characteristics of the Brown gas have not been known. The technological deficiency is that there occur problems including the leakage of water from a torch tip, etc. while the electrolytic bath is operated continuously because the development of an electrolytic bath is not sufficient.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Accordingly, the present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide an energy generating apparatus using the cyclic combustion ofBrown gas wherein a heat generating unit is heated to a temperature of 1,000.degree. C. or more and an outer wall is heated by radiant heat radiated from the heat generating unit, so that infrared rays are radiated from the outer wall to the outside and inside.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an energy generating apparatus that generates a great quantity of energy by forcing Brown gas to repeat a cycle wherein the Brown gas supplied to the combustion chamber is evaporated and transformed into water molecules after combustion, the water molecules absorb infrared rays and far infrared rays radiated from the heat generating unit and infrared radiating material and are ionized into hydrogen and oxygen while being heated to a high temperature 1,000.degree. C. .fwdarw.2,500.degree. C. .fwdarw.4,000.degree. C.. due to a self- heat generating phenomenon, and, thereafter, the ionized hydrogen and oxygen is burnt.
A further object of the present invention is to provide an energy generating apparatus that does not produce by-products, such as smoke, soot and odor.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide an energy generation apparatus that does not need a chimney and an air supply.

Question. Does BG explode or implode when burned?
Answer. BG in an enclosed area will explode 99.99% of the time. In an enclosed area, it requires a very exact situation (nearly impossible to achieve) to implode without an initial explosion. In an enclosed area, the ‘burn’ goes to detonation velocities (explosion about 5000 meters/sec). During the ‘burn’ or explosion, the BG turns back into water; with a net reduction in volume of 1860 times. The near instant volume reduction causes a vacuum so fast that we label it an ‘implosion’. The net result of the explosion-implosion is a vacuum.
BG burning in open air (exposed flame) burns at ‘burn velocity’ of about 7 meters/sec. Since the net result of BG burning is a vacuum, you have a long narrow flame (it makes a tunnel in the air). As long as the gas is coming out of the torch faster than the flame is burning back to the torch, the flame won’t go into the torch. If the flame goes into the torch, it will be in an enclosed area and the burn will accelerate to detonation velocities; resulting in a ‘bang’ (explosion) which we call a backfire.
The ERXXXX WaterTorches are designed to safely withstand backfires. It is a good idea to use a bubbler so that backfires do not reach the WaterTorch.

Abstract: Background: Browns Gas is a hydrogen based fuel produced via the electrolysis of water; the product hydrogen and oxygen gases, of the electrolytic reaction, are not separated from one another. Past experimentation involved exploring the physical and chemical properties of the gas with direct regard to torch application. The future ofBrowns Gas involves its use as a fuel enhancer.
Methods of Approach: Four Experiments were conducted to explore the efficiency increasing properties of Browns Gas. By apply three different quantities of Browns Gas and comparing to a control, which only used propane, we can extract useful information regarding the extent that a quantity of Browns Gas effectively increases the efficiency of propane combustion. The constant parameter of each of the four experiments is to boil a particular quantity of water. It takes a particular quantity of energy in order to raise the temperature, of a particular quantity of water, from room temperature to boiling temperature. By maintaining this constant parameter in each experiment, the data implies that the amount of energy contained in a quantity of propane, required to raise a quantity of water to boiling temperature, is the same quantity of energy contained in a reduced amount of propane mixed with a quantity of Browns Gas.
Results: Browns Gas is shown, by the data available in this report, to increase the combustion efficiency of propane gas.
Conclusions: The experimental data implies that Browns Gas can be used to reduce the amount of propane fuel that a consumer requires. 90 liters of Propane can be reduced to 50 liters + 545.7 watt-hours of Browns Gas.
… Results: In each successive experiment, a decreased quantity of Browns Gas was utilized, and propane requirements maintained significant reductions. In experiment #2, #3, and #4, 45%, 39%, and 30% reductions in propane requirements were respectively achieved, while maintaining a constant output of a particular quantity of energy.

– Graph #1, Varying Brown’s Gas Quantities: This graph consists of temperature vs. time. The four experiments conducted in this publication can be seen in this graph. Propane takes 18 minutes to increase the temperature of the water to that of boiling. Experiment #2, which utilized 545.7 watthours of Browns Gas, required the least amount of time to reach boiling temperature taking only 10 minutes.

Calculation example #1 is numerically representative of the data in this graph. The national average of propane is used (2$/gallon-liquid). 90 liters of propane can successfully be reduced to 50 liters + 545.7 watt-hours worth of Brown Gas as shown in experiment #2. Obviously the values in this experiment can be varied proportionally in order to calculate particular savings for other quantities.
With direct regard to consumer appliances, and even industrial appliances, Browns Gas can be used to increase the combustion efficiency of a propane flame, decreasing the quantity of propane required to transfer a particular amount of energy required to achieve desired ends. In addition, the net result of utilizing Browns Gas, to enhance propane, results in a net economic savings, which can be seen in Example Calculations #1, #2, and #3.
The potential exists for Browns Gas to be the worlds most widely used fuel enhancer. There is no other fuel additive available that is produced immediately before it is intended to be used. The implications of Browns Gas fuel enhancement, specifically with the on-demand Water TorchTM brand Browns Gas generator, has the potential influence the future of energy industries by significantly reducing the amount of fuel consumers require.

Vitrification of Municipal Solid Waste Incinerator Fly Ash Using Brown’s Gas

– Abstract: Municipal solid waste incinerator (MSWI) fly ash was vitrified at ~1450 C, for the first time, using Brown’s gas. Vitrification of pelletized fly ash (fly ash + water glass) results in a decrease of the leaching of toxic heavy metals to much below the Korean regulatory limit values, although melted fly ash was a poorly vitrified product that had a dark gray appearance.
The addition of glass cullet to the fly ash increased the silica content and decreased the basicity. It was determined that a decrease in basicity from 2.94 to 0.28 leads to good vitrified products that have an amorphous glassy structure that is dark brown in color. Leaching all of the potentially hazardous heavy metals present in fly ash also decreased as the basicity decreased.
It was determined that all the heavy metals (zinc, lead, chromium, arsenic, copper, manganese, and cadmium) were efficient in regard to substituting for parent Al and Ca ions in the silicate structure. It was further confirmed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometry studies that the initial crystalline structure of fly ash was transformed to an amorphous glassy structure upon vitrification.
The vitrified products of fly ash and its mixtures with glass cullet were determined to be nonhazardous in nature and glassy in appearance; therefore, they could be considered as construction and road-building materials in the future.
These machines are currently undergoing the full CE Accreditation process, which once completed will make them the first commercial Oxy-Hydrogen Generator on the European Marketplace.
